When you have that insatiable thirst for picking toward otherness, you can't hide your culturally-driven beat toward meeting people different from you: the mindset they have, the mindset they have, the norms you and they keep, the language you and they speak; light up a new way.                                               While your thoughts are likely to change day by day, life teaches us to wind up adversity and limitations and celebrate togetherness and diversity. I can bet the single observable universe we live in now is a melting pot of different cultures too, add to it meeting others in the digital space is developing new skills and mindsets.             As a KG-12 instructor of English, and to help you understand and invest in yourself, I am here to regrear inputs you needed for better operablility as an instructor (as you GUYS, English instructors, care to operate or do better when in class). Can help you cement gaps (in many  workplaces i met), you and I together reach out to strategies not alien (should you use) to the profession. Now I am setting my online academy (once i had a language school, a mini-one-class facility i set up in my hometown between 1995-2004), and I am more than enthused to rise up with you to standards i met (sometimes beyond what's taken for granted), and introduce MTT's assets of training to you, all in a customer-friendly coursework#1, Speech Mechanics, to meet English Foundational Skills, core abilities needed, and coursework#2, Reading Mechanics & conversational inputs, only for your significant growth.         The content or bulk created @MTT is significantly what makes a jar a jar. I am also an International Teacher Trainer (MEG, 2017), and I believe language 1, language 2, or language 3, is nurture and acquisition. Mine yet are varied inputs, things i have developed for most part myself. Hopefully the switch and tongue you acquire will be a Language Acquisition Tool (LaT) you believe in. People in the profession set their goals high, optimize concepts and re-open 'once-besieged' confines of virtual classrooms, and I am one.                                                                                 I usher now into a more ripened vision that gives me as a digital intstructor or nomad the benefit of tutoring online, now as I am 55 and meeting my pension plans soon. The year 2025 has really toppled the shift: online management systems (LMSs) were on every corner and went viral. Online tutoring jobs were growing and are this coming year GROWING BIG. I suggest entreprneurs try industry again. Watched people say it: Online education is “eliminating any unwanted distractions,” and, what's more, “tutoring sessions can be more effective and fruitful” (Tucan, 2022).
